Pedro Sandoval (Venezuela) began his career as a figurative artist in 1979 and later opted for abstraction for his work.
His style has been defined as Abstract Neo-Expressionism.
His works were exhibited in different museums, such as the Contemporary Art Museum in Caracas (MACSI), or the Contemporary Art Museum in Boca Ratón in Florida. Many private collections have his paintings, such as the Borja Thyssen-Bornemisza collection or the Serene Highness of him Prince Albert III of Monaco.
